Hair Loss

Hair loss can affect both men and women and may result from genetic predisposition, hormonal changes, medical conditions, stress, or aging. It can present as gradual thinning, patchy loss, or increased shedding, predominantly on the scalp, however, eyelashes, eyebrows and other areas of hair bearing skin can be affected. Evaluation focuses on identifying the cause at times requiring bloodwork. Treatment options that may include topical or oral medications, PRP and  exosome injections, or hair restoration procedures.
