Lipomas

Lipomas are benign growths composed of fatty tissue that develop beneath the skin and are typically soft, mobile, and painless. They commonly occur on the trunk, neck, shoulders, or arms and tend to grow slowly over time. While lipomas are generally harmless, treatment may be recommended if they become uncomfortable, enlarge, or for cosmetic reasons, most often through simple surgical excision.
